How to Fill the University of Allahabad PGAT I and PGAT II Application Form 2025

2. Official website  पर Admission Notification  खोजें और उस पर क्लिक करें। तथा पात्रता मानदंड, परीक्षा पैटर्न, पाठ्यक्रम और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी के लिए पुरे नोटिफिकेशन को ध्यान से पढ़ें। 

3. Check the eligibility criteria :

सबसे पहले इस बात की पुष्टि करें कि आप आयु सीमा, शैक्षिक योग्यता और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण पात्रता को पूरी करते हो । इसलिए नोटिफिकेशन को ध्यान से पढ़ें

4. Register for the exam. Online registration

एक बार जब आप अपनी पात्रता की पुष्टि करते हैं, तो परीक्षा के लिए पंजीकरण के लिए आगे बढ़ें। आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर “Apply online ”  बटन पर क्लिक करें।

5. Fill out the application form : 

रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म भरें। तथा फॉर्म में आवश्यक सभी Details को ध्यानपूर्वक भरे |

• Personal information (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)
• Academic qualification (degree, institute, passing year, percentage)
• Category (General, SC, ST, OBC, etc.)
• Contact information (phone number, email address)
• Exam center preference (choose your preferred exam center location)
• Photograph and signature (upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature in the specified format)

6. Upload documents :

• Photograph: Photo हाल ही में खींची होनी चाहिए और JPG /JPEG फॉर्मेट में होनी चाहिए।
• Signature: अपने हस्ताक्षर को स्कैन करके एक निर्धारित प्रारूप में अपलोड करे ।
• Other documents: Offical Notification  के आधार पर, आपको अपने जाति प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो), विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो) आदि जैसे दस्तावेज अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।

7. Pay the application fee :

फॉर्म भरने के बाद ध्यानपूर्वक आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान करे |

आप विभिन्न तरीकों से शुल्क का भुगतान कर सकते हैं:

• क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड
• नेट बैंकिंग

8. Application form  की सही से जांच कर सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करें। एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म सबमिट करने से पहले, सही से सुनिश्चित करे की आपके द्वारा दर्ज की गयी सभी जानकारी सही है |

9. सभी चीजों की जांच करने के बाद सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करें।

10. Download Confirmation Page:  सबमिट करने के बाद आपको Application form  डाउनलोड करने के लिए एक पीडीएफ फाइल मिलेगी. अपने Application form  को डाउनलोड करें और एक Print out  लें।

11 Download the Admit Card :
